1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Lord Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Lord Chat is a subscription-based spiritual companion delivered via iMessage and Telegram. The service provides daily devotionals, reflections, blessings, and AI-powered conversational support grounded in Scripture. Lord Chat is not a church, counseling service, or substitute for professional mental health care.

3. Subscription and Billing

Lord Chat is offered as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually). Prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the AI companion
• Share your account or subscription with others
• Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
• Use the service to generate content that promotes violence or harm

5. AI-Generated Content

Lord Chat uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and faithfulness to Scripture, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The service is intended for spiritual encouragement and reflection, not as authoritative theological counsel. Always consult your pastor, priest, or spiritual leader for important spiritual decisions.

6. Crisis Situations

Lord Chat is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. While our system detects crisis language and provides these resources, it is not a substitute for professional help.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Lord Chat are the property of Twilight Labs. Scripture quotations are from their respective translations and are used under applicable fair use guidelines. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lord Chat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to spiritual, emotional, or psychological outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
